Akalesh Yadav deprives Muzaffarnagar Roits Victims of their properties in the garb of the Financial Aid

The affected family in the Muzaffar Nagar roits accepting the aid of Rs. Five Lakhs has to sign an affidavit which says that they will not return to the village they came from and will not claim 'movable and immovable properties' in their village.  A majority of the affected families have refused to sign this dubious affidavit which is clearly illegal and unconstitutional as it deprives people of their properties which are at times much more than the compensation offered and besides that, the conspiracy behind this is to drive the muslims from those areas permanantly thereby reducing the strength of the muslims so that they can play their politics.

This is totaly undemocratic and against the fundamental rights given in the constitution. I am not surprised at this move of the UP government as their intent was already very clear when the roits were erupted which was hand in glove with BJP. It is a disgrace to the nation, to the country which beleives in the Gandhian principles, whose constitution was drafted by Babasaheb Ambedkar and the vision of a modern and the secular India was seen by Moulana Abul Kalam Azad with Pandit Nehru and the sacrifices of Sardar Patel. 

The illegal affidavit refugees are forced to sign to lose their movable and immovable properties in their villages
